DELIVERY METHOD orders are sent uniquely from our Headquarter in Italy through DHL courier with express service.


Orders leaves our warehouse within 1/2 days from the final order confirmation, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver orders during holidays or non working days.




Orders delivery to the final customer address will follow costs and timing scheme hereunder (timing calulated from the order confirmation):

IMPORTANT: in case of multiple purchases that require an "extra" size packaging, shipping costs may require an additional cost that will be discussed directly with the customer at the time the package is shipped, these being calculated based on the size of the package.

To check the delivery status of your order online  just insert the “Shipment number”  in the “Track and Tracing section on the DHL website.

Please note that once the orders are confirmed and processed, it is not possible to change them anymore.

The items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

The order placed by the customer, and the shipment and delivery will take place only after receiving a confirmation of the payment.

On receipt of every delivery, customers are requested to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.
